These messages pretend to be from booking sites or hotel staff and try to direct
guests to phishing websites.
We have also confirmed cases where guests who booked SAKURA TERRACE THE GALLERY
through OTA websites received messages pretending to be from our hotel customer support or hotel staff.
Please note that our hotel will never ask you by email or chat message to:
・provide personal or credit card information
・make additional payments
・click on a URL for reservation confirmation purposes
If you receive any suspicious email or message like this, please do not click any links or
open any attachments. We kindly ask you to delete the message immediately.
If you have already entered your credit card information or made a payment,
please contact your credit card company, bank, or local police as soon as possible.

Please rest assured that your reservation will not be changed or canceled unless
you make the change or cancellation yourself.
